WIGAN BOP. A Creamed Cage in August..... What can we say? A great night and fantastic turnout. Big Tanx to Mark Sheehan who organised the convention. Here's to many more in Wigan mate! Terry got the night rolling with some Boley tunes to get everyone in the mood and Rarn (who contain 3 members of Jeepster!) played their Tyranno set at 6pm. The whole atmosphere was fantastic and everyone was ready to rock by 8 when we played a near 2 hour set without a wee break! The beer flowed (all over the stage!) and everyone joined the stage for a cool rendition of Hot Love with Paul Feldon dueting with Jai. 2 hours of Disco followed with everone on their feet enjoying Marc's music. A great night. Many tanx to Alan (Sloop) and Margaret for their hospitality and to Sue for the tent! The night back at Alan's included sandwiches, beer, transatlantic webcam performances (nice to meet you Dee!), a Slider birthday cake (many happy returns Sue G!) and a great Bolan singathon! It was great to see Val and Si again after such a long time and to meet and chat to some new faces. Roll on Next Year!!
